| Shipping and Delivery |
| Orders
placed Monday through Friday by 12-noon EST will
be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders
placed after 12-noon EST will be shipped the following
business day. We ship via Priority Mail (U.S. Postal
Service) or UPS. Please
allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

| Express Delivery |
| We offer Express Delivery (United States
Postal Service) to the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
The U.S.P.S. guarantees overnight delivery to most locations
by 3pm – when order is placed by 12 pm (noon) Eastern
Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on
weekends, holidays or after 12 pm (noon) will be shipped
the following business day. |

| Return Policy |
| We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchases from ActiveOrtho.com. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with a product we'll make it right.
Contact us within 15 days of your purchase date for a
refund or exchange.
How To Return An Item:
Prior to sending back merchandise, please contact our
customer service staff at orders@activeortho.com for
a return authorization number (RA). We are available
from 9am – 5pm EST, Monday- Friday. Returned items
will not be accepted without authorization.
Once you have received an RA, repack the item and all
original materials and ship to the address below. Be
sure to include your order number, customer number and
RA in the box. Credit will be issued for merchandise
amount only once item has been received. Return shipping
costs are customers' responsibility.
