MEASURE BEFORE ORDERING - HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ACTIVE SI BELT® SIZE
To determine your size, measure your hip circumference by placing a measuring tape around the back of your buttocks so the tape is 2 inches below the “bump” found at the front of each hip.
1. Find the “bump” found at the front of each of your hips 2. Take hip measurement by placing a measuring tape around the back of your buttocks so the tape is 2 inches below the “bump” found at the front of each hip.
IMPORTANT: To allow for stretching during regular use our belts do run on the small size. Please order larger size if you are between sizes.
